ReplyDeleteOh my goodness! That might explain the rheumatoid symptoms. My thoughts are with you.
ReplyDeleteWow. My husband had untreated (and undiagnosed) Lyme for what we now believe was at least 5 years. Please also get tested for other tick borne illnesses (erlichiosis is the one my husband had at the same time...) and make sure you get retested when you finish the round(s) of doxycycline.
ReplyDeleteIt can definitely explain the rheumatoid symptoms, and the fatigue. Hopefully they've caught it early enough! I'd also get Ed and the boys tested.
I got lyme last summer. so did a friend who took a very long time to recover becuase of her multiple mediaction allergies
